Curated Bend 2 package ecosystem tracker snapshots 1,036 packages on BendHub
SubtleGradient · x · 2026-11-07
A GitHub repo (bend-packages), maintained weekly by the author's AI assistant, offers a curated snapshot of BendHub, the package registry for Bend 2 — a massively parallel language with machine-checked proofs.
- Latest snapshot (2026-11-02): 1,036 packages — 201 named, 282 hash-only; the full A–Z list is regenerated from the registry API each week
- Packages can be imported by pinned name (cached under /.bend/lib/names) or by content hash, which always resolves to the exact same code
- Publishing is one command: bend <file>.bend --publish <name>@<version> (public and permanent)
The repo also tracks gaps that still need filling in the young ecosystem (8 stars so far).
