Fed 12 years and 500k of his own tweets into an LLM to fix X's terrible search
Yamapama · x · 2026-11-06
Frustrated with X's built-in search, user @Yamapama fed roughly 500k of his own tweets from the past 12 years — including analysis of attached photos and videos — into an LLM to build a personal, conversational archive search tool, and is still polishing the UI. A hobby project, but the idea of exporting your own social data and doing semantic search over it with an LLM is easily replicable.
