Hyperagent launches Sizzle, an agent that reads PRs and auto-produces polished demo videos

The pain: homepage demo videos are always stale
The author argues that demo videos on software companies' homepages often show products that no longer exist — buttons moved but nobody re-shot. The process is the culprit: engineering merges the PR on a Tuesday, marketing needs a changelog clip, a LinkedIn cut, and something for sales decks. Someone records the screen, a designer polishes it in After Effects, and three revision rounds later the feature has already changed twice. Repeated every release, the homepage video ends up a year behind, sometimes costing more than the feature itself. The author, a former PM at Epic Games and Affirm, notes video was always the last thing done even before AI coding tools.
What Sizzle does
Hyperagent's Sizzle agent reads your PRs, uses your product on its own computer, recreates the UI, and produces polished demo videos for marketing — no screen recording or video editing needed. They're recruiting 25 startups to try it, with $1,000 in Hyperagent credits per company.
