Baseten launches Sandboxes, a cloud foundation built for AI agents
baseten · x · 2026-11-06
Baseten introduces Sandboxes, billed as the cornerstone of an "agent cloud." As agents take on full projects — writing software, investigating problems, running business workflows — they need models, tools, compute and state designed to work together over long-horizon tasks. Sandboxes give agents their own persistent computer, with stateful runtimes, storage and networking built as one system. Free to run until November 16.
