Baseten launches Sandboxes: persistent runtime environments for agents

Baseten, working with the Blaxel team, launched Sandboxes as the first building block of its "agent cloud," offering persistent environments that resume from checkpoints, charge nothing when idle, and restore running state in about 25ms.
