Zipline raised $1.5B at a $21.5B valuation. Founder Keller recalls the early days: autonomous flight in the US was illegal when they started, making fundraising brutal — "we were too naive to think that meant we shouldn't try." The team worked out of rundown construction trailers on a cow farm to keep engineering, manufacturing, and flight testing unified, launching first in smaller countries. It's another $20B+ company in the robotics space.
