5 Grok bots chase overdue freelance invoices: a 5-agent workflow from a 30-day build series
nima_owji · x · 2026-11-06
Day 7 of Nima Owji's "30 Days of Grok Bot" series: a five-bot crew that chases overdue freelance invoices. He cites stats that 85% of freelancers get paid late at least some of the time and 29% of invoices arrive at least a day late. The pipeline: Ledger (9 AM daily) checks QuickBooks/Stripe for past-due invoices; Nudge (9:15 AM) drafts a friendly reminder in Gmail for you to approve; Echo (hourly) reads client replies and logs payment promises; Pin (on reply) adds promised dates to your calendar; Tally (Fri 5 PM) updates a cash-flow page with paid/owed/late. Nothing goes out without human approval.
