DeepLearning.AI launches voice agent course covering three integration patterns for adding speech
DeepLearningAI · x · 2026-11-06
DeepLearning.AI and Vocal Bridge released 'Voice for AI Agents and Applications', a 1.5-hour course by CEO Ashwyn Sharma. It tackles the latency-vs-reliability tradeoff with a foreground real-time agent plus background reasoning agent, and teaches three integration patterns: voice embedded in an app, voice layered onto an existing agent without touching prompts/RAG/tools, and voice as an LLM-callable tool — plus voice evaluation to surface failure modes before production.
