Gaussian splat demo: 1.18 GB PLY compressed to 76 MB SOG with burnable scene

willeastcott ships an interactive Gaussian splat scene, "Artillery Passage" (a London Spitalfields scan), where tapping the image burns it down splat by splat. He compressed the 1.18 GB PLY to a 76 MB SOG, added a simulated head and gait, a film pass, and per-splat shader hooks for the burn effect. Source is open.
