Orbit beta puts Claude Code, Codex and Grok in one app with multi-account switching
Available-Ganache-71 · reddit · 2026-11-05
A heavy Claude Code user launched Orbit (free beta), a desktop/mobile app that hosts multiple AI coding agents together:
- Run several Claude accounts side by side; when one hits its limit, switch mid-chat without losing history
- Claude Code, Codex and Grok official CLIs under one roof, with chats movable between models mid-task
- A per-project "lead orb" that splits work into sub-chats, plus visible tool calls and pre-commit diffs
- "The Moon": an always-on manager that watches chats, inbox and calendar, hands out tasks, auto-approves routine requests with undo, and ships with its own private Linux box for browser jobs
- 30 connectors (Notion, Linear, Stripe), local MCP support, iPhone/Android approvals, cross-platform desktop apps
Free during beta; the author is soliciting tester feedback via Discord.
