"Experience is now a tax": leave environments where leaders refuse to use AI
blaizedsouza · x · 2026-11-05
In an article titled "Experience is now a tax," JayaGup10 describes a CIO at a large firm who has never opened Claude, can't explain what a Claude skill is, and still asks reports to print documents for his desk. Advice: leave such environments. The comparative advantage of being young isn't intelligence or talent — it's that you can still think clearly, without a filter, because no one has taught you not to yet. That's your asset.
