Yacine probes mingru hidden states to check if domain randomization captured the real world
yacineMTB · x · 2026-11-05
YacineMTB shares a practical sim2real trick: train a probe to predict your simulator parameters from the mingru hidden state, which tells you how well your domain randomization covers real-world variation. He's currently crunching through different rendering/pixel observation strategies on a home server to validate his intuitions with compute.
