yangyi shares progress on a local desktop AI workspace: local apps are now containerized as components, with a sandbox monitoring panel, voice input, and guided assistants for writing, research, PPT and data analysis on top of gpt-5.1. More capabilities, including a Dynamic Island-style feature, are planned to be opened up.
