Personal Agent race packs in model giants, startups and solo devs
sven_ai · x · 2026-11-05
A roundup by @lifesinger shows the Personal Agent space now crowded with nine types of players: OpenAI/Anthropic-class model vendors, big tech like Meta, newcomers like Manus, VC-backed products like Today AI and Elys, rumored projects Instinct and Town, phone makers upgrading Siri, plus teenage dropouts and solo founders. The author expects this race to be even fiercer than the model wars and hopes for a diverse outcome rather than winner-take-all.
