OpenAI takes GPT-Live outbound telephony API to GA with SIP trunk support

OpenAI's GPT-Live outbound telephony API is now generally available, letting developers place phone calls from a Live voice agent via any SIP trunk provider such as Telnyx or Twilio. Calls support HD Voice and can send/receive keypad (DTMF) events.
