Anthropic PM _catwu joins OpenAI to lead product management for Core Products

@catwu announced she is joining OpenAI to lead product management for Core Products, citing respect for OpenAI proving that scaling works, bringing AI to over a billion people, and its belief that great products are core to the mission.
