Redditor's AI agent negotiates Verizon bill from $94.99 down to $80 with one prompt

A Reddit user shared how an AI agent running in their browser negotiated their Verizon Fios 1 Gig bill down from $94.99 to $80/month, plus a newer router and optional 6 months of Google AI Pro.
The agent opened Verizon's live chat, asked for loyalty/retention offers, and asked the boring questions humans skip: whether $80 includes taxes, if the router is included, autopay changes, and equipment returns. It paused for user approval before accepting.
What didn't work: no stacking a second loyalty credit or one-time credit. The prompt took 3 seconds to type; the chat took longer, but the user didn't have to sit through it.
