Founder says three weeks of doing all work inside Claude Code made him 'unreasonably effective'

@ronecomm reports on three weeks of heavy HQ usage, saying he's becoming "unreasonably effective" — with the right context, LLMs are far more capable than most realize, and we're barely scratching the surface.

The breakthrough mindset shift for him: do all work inside Claude Code/Codex no matter what. He's now hardcore forcing all his leadership to become AI native, best done by simply showing them the quality and speed of his own work. His biggest remaining challenge is integrating the whole company and making sure the human in each loop can adapt. Not sponsored.
