OpenAI upgrades Codex: marked-up images now pinpoint edits via API

OpenAI's official dev account announced a Codex image-editing upgrade:
- Edits now happen directly in the overlay instead of a side panel
- New API capability: send a marked-up image to show exactly where an edit should happen
- Official guidance: start with low complexity for most edits; use medium/high when juggling multiple elements or constraints; image quality can be set independently of complexity
