Grok Bot Books a Flight End-to-End: Search, Payment, and Bank Verification in One Chat
XFreeze · x · 2026-11-04
A user shares a real end-to-end test of Grok Bot booking a flight: after a single message stating the travel need, the agent searched flights, picked a Lion Air Krabi–Bangkok route, filled in passenger details, paid by card, and completed the bank verification — without the user ever opening an airline website. Minutes later it returned the booking reference, flight details, and baggage allowance. Screenshots show the agent proactively reporting a successful 2,040 THB charge, confirming flight SL807 with a 15kg checked bag, and reminding the user to arrive early for a domestic flight. A normally half-hour workflow of comparing, form-filling, and payment was compressed into one conversation.
