Pandora: Simulating Person-Specific Expression for Psychotherapy Clients
NextGenWhu · hf · 2026-11-04
Researchers from Wuhan University and collaborators propose Pandora, an LLM-based psychotherapy client simulation framework. Unlike simulators built on clinical case descriptions that make clients sound overly articulate, Pandora models evolving psychological and relational states, subjective appraisals, and speech patterns distilled from client utterances to produce more authentic, person-specific expression with fewer AI-like responses.
