"There's nothing for you to do": Slack users auto-migrated to paid Salesforce support plan
Ben_Reinhardt · x · 2026-11-04
Ben Reinhart shared a screenshot of a Slack notice: "We are excited to announce that we are bringing Salesforce Success Plans to Slack. Effective December 3rd, your account will transition to the Salesforce Standard Success Plan. There's nothing for you to do."
He reads it "in the most ominous way possible" — the breezy wording masks a unilateral migration of users onto a paid support plan, making "There's nothing for you to do" the punchline.
