Yasser Elsaid built Chatbase to $10M ARR without a co-founder and shipped Voice 2.0. Voice agents previously forced a tradeoff: human-sounding voice-to-voice models or smart STT→LLM→TTS pipelines. Voice 2.0 combines both — a voice model listens and talks for natural, fast responses, while delegating reasoning to frontier models like Opus 5.5 so agents follow procedures, call actions reliably, and stay within guardrails.
