Lenny's Newsletter partnered with Pave to offer free public compensation benchmarks for in-demand tech roles: pick a role and location to see base salary and new-hire equity from entry-level IC to Sr. Director, updated monthly.
The data pulls from Pave's real-time dataset integrated with HR/payroll/equity systems of 9,000+ companies (OpenAI, Databricks, Ramp, Cursor)—the first time Pave has opened it to everyone. Sample US product management medians: Junior P2 base $138K; Sr. Director M6 $325K; new-hire equity ranges from $21K (entry) to $398K (Sr. Director).
