RLM researcher defends Weight Space Programming against 'spiteful' backlash
irombie · x · 2026-11-04
AI researcher irombie, who played a minor role in RLMs, weighed in on the backlash against willdepue's Weight Space Programming (WSP), saying both RLMs and weight space programming are interesting work with a lot of potential and she's shocked by the negative reception — "just shows how spiteful ppl can be." She concedes the public reaction is overhyped and some experiments could be improved, but thinks it's a good idea with interesting findings.
