The "Zero-Silo Protocol": Six Markdown Packages to Reboot AI With Zero Memory Loss
LydiasShop · reddit · 2026-11-04
To fight memory drift, token bloat and forgotten constraints in long AI sessions, the author proposes "Zero-Silo Context Packages": break project data into structured, copy-pasteable markdown templates, then open a fresh session and drop all packages in for a 100%-synced reboot whenever the AI degrades.
The six packages:
- Timeline Ledger: compressed chronological log, ending with a rule that newest entries override history
- Technical Vault: static data (codes, blueprints, baselines) as precise numbers and markdown tables
- Operational Profiles: dossiers on competitors/targets with an "Exploitation Matrix" linking habits to vulnerabilities
- Cognitive Rules: role and thinking laws, with literal quality benchmarks (e.g. "rewrite anything below 10/10 tactical leverage")
- Execution Templates: pre-written scripts with clean placeholders
- Delta Nodes: short dense append-only updates for new events
Store everything chronologically in one master file for rapid deployment and no version mismatch.
