First external PR to Void lets static pages skip the Worker, served free by Cloudflare

Developer serkodev landed the first external PR (#660, merged) to Void: on native Cloudflare deploys, static files and prerendered pages no longer spin up the Worker.
How it works:
- Requests go through Workers Static Assets first: file matches are served free with unlimited requests even on the Free plan; only paths with server code (and /void/) hit the Worker; unmatched paths fall back via notfoundhandling: none.
- A generated headers file keeps immutable caching for hashed chunks.
- Void writes cloudflare.assets.runworkerfirst itself, forcing only /void routes through the Worker.
For side projects this means the static portion of a deploy costs nothing, with Worker quota consumed only by requests that actually need server logic.
