SK Hynix in Talks to Lease Intel's Ohio Fab or Form JV with US Cloud Giants

Per @jukan05, SK Hynix is negotiating to lease part of Intel's New Albany, Ohio fab or establish a joint venture with Intel and major US cloud companies. The Ohio foundry facility is reported to have already obtained approval to manufacture memory chips alongside logic.
