Xiaohongshu opens 200M-impression mini-tool incentive program for indie builders

Xiaohongshu launched a "mini-tool long-term incentive program": from Nov 1 to Dec 31, 2026, publishing mini-tool notes shares a pool of 200 million impressions. Developer ezshine reports rapid follower growth (approaching 8,000) and is organizing a paid group around monetization.
Program rules (per the official announcement):
- Participate by building and uploading your own mini-tool, publishing via the note component with hashtag #小红书小工具
- Publishing incentive: 30K impressions on release; viral incentive: +50K if a note hits 100 likes
- Boosts: sub-1K-follower accounts get +20K per push; first-time builders get +20K per push for their first 30 days
- Copied content or tools that don't match their description are disqualified
