Vercel MCP ships first MCP App: interactive deployment cards inside ChatGPT

Vercel announced that its MCP can now render deployments as interactive cards inside ChatGPT and other clients supporting MCP Apps.
- Cards show live deployment status, build logs, and source/commit details, with a Visit button once the URL is ready
- Logs can be sent into chat for model-assisted debugging; a fullscreen view is also available
- Repos linked to multiple projects get a project switcher; the opendeployments tool queries by project, repo, or commit with environment filtering
- Clients without MCP Apps support fall back to plain text output
