Capy 0.7.0 ships Captains orchestration GA; YC's Garry Tan reports 5X issue-fixing throughput

Capy released 0.7.0, making Captains and Issues generally available. Captains are persistent agents that orchestrate hundreds of threads across devices, while Issues adds filters, full-text search, labels, and due dates that threads file and close autonomously. The new Dock CLI turns any Linux, macOS, or Windows machine into a headless host for your threads via one command. YC president Garry Tan says coordinating captains and subthreads boosted his issue-fixing throughput about 5X overnight.
