qwen-code PR makes GitHub channel config usable, fixing case-sensitivity bug that dropped notifications
wenshao · ghdev · 2026-11-02
PR #16096 on QwenLM/qwen-code reworks GitHub Channel configuration in the Web Shell: a self-explanatory checklist for notification reasons, required token or explicit gh login without silent competition, owner/repo validation for repository allowlists, and credentials separated from connection and routing settings. It fixes a real bug where repository paths are case-insensitive but runtime matched verbatim, so qwenlm/qwen-code connected yet dropped every notification — the editor now stores canonical lowercase keys and matches case-insensitively. It also stops persisting a direct-message policy that never applied to GitHub. Scale: +1494/−49, 19 comments.
