Robbyant (Ant Group's robotics arm, founded 2024) demonstrated its self-developed foundation model LingBot-VLA 2.0:
- Trained on 60,000 hours of real robot data; compatible with robots from 17 companies, 20+ models
- Also builds its own world models and spatial perception models
- Already in production for medicine picking at Chinese pharmacy chain Guoda
- Strategy is "one brain, many robots": licensing its AI to other manufacturers' hardware rather than selling only its own
The author visited the Shanghai site, praised the data pipeline and support, and signed a bulk purchase deal.
