User Has AI Agent Auto-Produce 1-Hour Video Recapping Every Major AI Event

Erik Luo says his biggest frustration is that people around him have no idea how fast AI is moving, so he had his AI assistant Astra—running on the @startvoyager harness—produce a one-hour video summarizing every major AI event from November 2025 to today.
He only gave feedback and direction; Astra did all the research and editing work. He recommends sending it to anyone who needs a quick catch-up on the state of the art.
