Spencer Greenberg asks AI to fact-check his own writing — and publishes every error it finds
SpencrGreenberg · x · 2026-11-02
Spencer Greenberg suggests a self-audit method: ask the most powerful AI you can access to find as many factual errors in your published work as possible, stating what you claimed, what's actually true, and providing supporting links. He ran it on his own articles and is publishing a thread of each error found: some were genuine mistakes (a dropped factor of 4 in a derivation; an unnecessary assumption about shared environment in twin studies), others were just unclear wording, and he corrected or reworded his articles accordingly.
