Non-technical CEO builds working reconciliation platform with Claude Code in 7.5 hours

A CEO who had never written code built a working Reconciliation and Payment platform (SMARTreconciliation) in about 7.5 hours with Claude Code, after designing it fully in Claude Design. It reconciles affiliate bookings back to 2016, surfaces unpaid ones, and assembles evidence for recovery claims—work that took her team 24-48 hours per quarter by hand. It's architected to be multi-vendor across hotels, car rentals, air and event tickets, spanning four affiliate programs. She stresses it's not a headcount story—her CTO and technical co-founder remain—and plans to offer it to other affiliates after vetting, with a waitlist.
