Local GLM-5.3-Flash does the coding while GPT-6.1 Sol orchestrates via OpenCode

After two weeks of use, the author runs GLM-5.3-Flash (MoE, 320B/18B active, 512K context) on 4x H200s as the coding workhorse with GPT-6.1 Sol as orchestrator.
- GLM handles most token spend as explorer/implementer subagents; Sol plans, briefs, checks diffs and reviews only risky changes
- Chose OpenCode over Claude Code/Codex because it lets each agent use a different provider/model, and the ChatGPT subscription still covers Sol
- Goal: cut subscription/API costs; setup works with any self-hosted model
