Qwen Code Desktop v0.26.5 ships background agent tracking and split-view shortcuts

Alibaba's QwenLM team released Qwen Code Desktop v0.26.5 with a batch of updates:
- Managed agent: bounded SQL history queries, live message paging in WebShell, and a hardened upgrade command after full review
- WebShell: Generated UI on by default with card-value follow-up chat; keyboard shortcuts for Session Overview and Split View; status-bar pill counting running background agents
- Fixes/engineering: single-scroll floating approval card, tiered TUI CI checks with nightly full acceptance, and macOS E2E shard adjustments
- Added Russian localization for the Goal card and Goals dialog
