Staygreen launches: deep monitoring for agent-built apps that catches failures pings miss
PawelHuryn · x · 2026-10-31
Pawel Huryn launched Staygreen, a monitoring service for apps you (or your coding agent) built — free tier includes 50 monitors with commercial use. Unlike a plain ping that only checks the server answers, Staygreen verifies what it answers:
- JSON assertions: e.g. $.db.ok == true — a 200 response with a dead database is flagged as an outage
- Failures pings miss: silent crons, lost Stripe webhooks, expiring certificates, changed DNS, dead sockets, Supabase pause, MCP servers
- Second-location confirmation: failures are re-checked from another region before anyone is alerted
- Contextual alerts: alerts carry the request and response; Email/Telegram/Slack/Discord/webhook, with acknowledge/pause from Telegram messages
Checks can be added manually in a minute or by your coding agent.
