Google now serves goto redirect links past the top 3 results, hindering chatbots

Andriy Burkov, author of The Hundred-Page Machine Learning Book, notes Google is "trying to fight chatbots":
- A screenshot shows that since 01:30 UTC on October 30, Google Search only lets a few result links open right after a search
- Results below the top 3 now come back as google.com/goto links instead of real URLs
- Resolving the full list of 10 links one by one now takes about 30 seconds
The change appears aimed at blocking automated scraping and chatbots from consuming search results, with direct implications for SEO tooling and AI search products.
