A recruiter shares that their company put a voice agent behind a phone number for pre-screen interviews. Despite expecting candidates to find AI recruiters dehumanizing, the result was the opposite: by the time candidates reached the human recruiter, every question was precise and bespoke, and candidates said it felt more personal than past experiences.
