A 710k-line PR ports pi-durable and Chord to Rust for crash-safe agent runs

Jason Kneen landed a massive PR into pi-rs: +710,824 / -2,949 lines across 1,207 files and 83 commits, porting @earendil-works/pi-durable and chord to Rust via three new crates (pi-chord, pi-durable, pi-durable-jsrt), wired into pi's extension host.
- What durable is: the storage and runtime layer for long-running agents. A Session holds documents and runs transactions so state survives restarts and crashes; the Harness runs agent turns on top — generation, tool calls, compaction, subagents, background tasks — recording every step so a turn can be resumed, forked or replayed.
- pi-chord base layer: strict JSON preserving lone UTF-16 surrogates (which serdejson can't), operation deltas, revision diffs, invocation contexts with cancellation, bounded watches, output buffers and more.
