How to get a team that didn't ask for AI to actually use it
Kevin_Spann · reddit · 2026-10-31
A small-business owner shares what worked when rolling out AI to 10 employees who never asked for it. Demos failed because they read as replacement; rewriting existing job descriptions — spelling out which repetitive tasks go away and where freed time should go — reframed the conversation. He also separates skill problems (training) from will problems (a different talk), and notes AI tools default to assuming JDs are for hiring replacements rather than helping current staff reinvent themselves.
