Non-programmer directs Claude, Gemini and ElevenLabs to ship a full 16-bit browser RPG in days

A self-described non-programmer and non-artist directed a team of AI tools over a few days to build Crackcity, a complete 16-bit action RPG set in Frankfurt, released on itch.io.
The division of labor:
- Claude: all game code (a single HTML file), plus level design, boss AI, English translation, and automated playtesting via a bot
- Gemini / Veo / Flow: maps, sprites, music, intro and trailer clips; a character reference sheet in Flow kept heroes consistent across scenes
- ElevenLabs: intro narration in the author's cloned voice, in German and English
- The author: idea, story, humor, and lots of "no, the girl looks different again"-style direction
A working example of one person shipping a full game by orchestrating multiple models.
