Enterprise software platforms are experimenting with new AI agent pricing models to defend gross margins. A chart of published 2026 list prices shows four approaches:
- Bundled free (vendor absorbs compute): Oracle Fusion ships 22 agents at no extra cost
- Per seat: Microsoft 365 Copilot at $30/user/mo; Salesforce Agentforce at $125/user/mo
- Per outcome: Salesforce Agentforce $2/conversation; Zendesk AI $1.2–2/resolution; Intercom Fin $0.99/resolution; HubSpot Customer Agent $0.50/resolution
- Usage/credits: Salesforce Flex Credits $0.10/action; Copilot Studio $200/25K credits/mo; HubSpot Breeze $10/1K credits; Atlassian Rovo $0.01/credit
Notably, Salesforce sells all three paid models, making it the most aggressive experimenter in agent pricing.
