BATv1 genomics model trained on same data as BPNet, addressing GC-bias confounds
jmschreiber91 · x · 2026-10-31
Responding to concerns that Enformer often confounds TF motifs with open-chromatin GC bias, jmschreiber91 explains that BATv1 is trained on the exact same data and loci as the BPNet models (with slightly different sampling ratios), which handle this issue.
