BATv1: 17,145 Cherimoya models map TF binding across 3,429 ENCODE ChIP-seq experiments

The Programmable Genomics Lab at UMass Chan released the Cherimoya Binding ATlas (BATv1): 17,145 Cherimoya models covering 3,429 ENCODE TF-binding ChIP-seq experiments across 183 biosamples and 1,139 targets.
- Architecture: compact BPNet-family residual CNN (45,586 params, 9 layers, 32 filters) taking one-hot DNA plus the experiment's control signal over 2114bp windows, predicting strand-specific ChIP-seq profiles and counts over the central 1000bp; both strands share one softmax distribution.
- Training: every experiment is trained and evaluated across 5 folds of chromosome-held-out cross-validation, with validation and test metrics reported.
- Per-experiment models are downloadable individually; CC-BY-4.0, code at github.com/jmschrei/cherimoya.
