Aura Open-Sources Autopilot, a Self-Improving Game Agent That Beats Claude Code at Playtesting
ytjessie_ · x · 2026-10-31
Aura has open-sourced Autopilot, a self-improving agent that plays your game and finds bugs across Unity, Godot, and Unreal — pitched as 'Computer Use for games.'
Claimed numbers: 43% more accurate and nearly 2X faster than Claude Code at playtesting, closing the agentic loop on the most tedious part of game dev. An early tester says it made them reopen Unreal Engine for the first time since grad school. GitHub repo and free trial linked in the thread.
