Page-based project management for Grok Bots: keep chats short, history on Pages
AiJohnAllen · x · 2026-10-30
Michael Fenech shared a workflow for running multiple Grok Bot projects without bloated, usage-eating chat threads:
- One Page per project tracking goal, status, owners, deadlines and blockers
- A master Page aggregating every project and its next step
- Each bot reads the Page first and updates it last; tasks run in short fresh chats while the Page holds history
- A weekday routine keeps Pages current, pinging you only when something is blocked or needs you
The setup can be handed to a "Chief of Staff" bot to bootstrap directly.
