Citing @thesamparr's estimate: at a $2 trillion market cap, Anthropic would make roughly 1,000 employees worth $100m+. With only 11,000 Americans holding that much in investable assets, about 1 in 12 would be Anthropic people — maybe 1 in 7 if you add OpenAI. "Only happens in the U.S.," the poster quips.
